Training Skills Development Programs - are

created to help individuals delivering training
programs. Many managers and employees are
being asked to help train others yet they have
no formal teaching skills. Many people will
tell you that the teacher and how he/she teaches
is more important than what is being taught. So
here are some basic training skills programs to
help employees become better teachers. The
individual programs listed below can be used as
stand alone programs or can be combined to
meet the specific needs of the organization.
Training Skills Development Programs include:

to train others than someone already
using the skill or doing the job. The only
problem is that not everyone knows how
to teach. The program will provide basic
  skills for helping the trainer
prepare and deliver a quality training
program. (Also can be targeted at
  technical skill training)

• Presentation Skills--How to communicate complex information in a short period of time   and not put your audience to sleep. Tips on interactive audience participation.
